2 tbsp olive oil
6 big potatoes
450 gr / 1 lb minced beef
1 large onion
1 very small tomato or half big
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tbsp spearmint
1 tbsp red paprika powderFor the topping
1 tea cup yogurt
1 tea cup milk
3-4 table spoons flour
Heat the 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot, add the meat and brown it for about 15 minutes. Chop the onion, give it 5 more minutes and add the potatoes chopped on small cubes. Cook on low heat for 20 more minutes, occasionally stir gently. Stir in the rest of the ingredients with the tomato chopped. Stir for 5-10 more minutes and move everything into a pan. Pour hot water to slightly cover the potatoes and bake until the potatoes are soft and ready.
Prepare the mix for the topping. Mix together all the ingredients, add flour to make slightly ticker than pancake mix. Pour it to cover everything in the pan and bake until golden brown.
