This dish can be served as a salad, dip or a side dish. It is very quick to make and very healthy.

The ingredients are easy to find.

2 ripe avocadoes
Olive oil

Clean the avocadoes from the rind and stones and mash with a fork or best use potato masher. Add a bit of salt and olive oil. Use for bread or a side dish. It is great also as a dip.
